Here's the schedule for Kate and Mark up the mountain. We should be expecting posts and pictures from them once they've completed their descent and reach the Impala Hotel on the 12th.

Feb 6: Hit the mountain to Machame gate, after registration process start the hike to Machame Camp, 9,900ft, (5~6hrs) Camping, B,L,D.
Feb 7: Shira, 12,600ft, (5~6hrs) Camping, B,L,D.
Feb 8: Baranco, 12,850ft (5~7hrs) Camping, B,L,D
Feb 9: Karanga Valley , 13,300ft (2~3hrs) Camping, B,L,D.
Feb 10: Barafu, 14,910ft (2~3hrs) Camping, B,L,D.
Feb 11: Summit , 19,340ft (6~7hrs), then descend to Mweka 10,010ft (5~7hrs), Camping, B,L,D.
Feb 12: Mweka gate (3~4hrs), transfer to Arusha (1hr), Impala Hotel, B,L.

When I copied the schedule, I left the phrase "B,L,D" because I thought it might mean something exciting and challenging. Turns out it just means that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are being provided. ;)
